Once construction began, we were impressed by how organized and efficient everything was. Each crew showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We were updated every step of the way, and any time we had a concern or needed clarification, they were quick to respond. The coordination with our landscape contractor was exceptional, which took a lot of stress off of my wife and I.
Pat met us for a preliminary estimate and explained what to expect. Throughout the process, he was available to answer questions with prompt replies. The installation crew was just as exceptional. They were polite, maintained a clean worksite, and were happy to answer any questions. They were very organized and completed the pool faster than expected.
